Guided activities are designed to help your little dancer develop essential skills while having a blast. Plus, there's plenty of free play for practicing those social skills and making new friends! Dance with your babe in your arms, in a sling, or as they crawl, toddle, and run to explore the world around them.

No recital commitment, no enrollment committment, and no registration fees! Show up when you can and come as you are, because life with a little one is unpredictable, and we totally understand that!

HID is an inclusive and nursing-friendly studio, with chairs available for grown-ups who want to participate seated. And don't worry if your kiddo has a meltdown. We've seen it all and we're here to support you!

Our preschool dance classes focus on creative movement and the enjoyment of dance. We offer a variety of preschool classes for ages 2-6, so your little dancer can find the perfect foundational class to learn rhythm, spacial awareness, social skills, and more while moving and grooving with us!

Our ballet classes foster a deep appreciation for ballet, coupled with foundational skills that extend to various styles of Western dance. Pre-ballet basics are woven through HID preschool class curriculums, and we offer three levels of ballet for students age 7 and older: Level 1 (beginner), Level 2 (intermediate), and Level 3 (advanced). We also offer pointe ballet with instructor invitation.

HID tap classes are an exhilarating blend of rhythm and percussion, providing a dynamic learning experience where students master the art of precise footwork and explore the thrilling world of tap rhythms. Power Tap classes introduce a different tap vocabulary and style rooted in American folk dances and clogging.

High Impact Dance offers dynamic jazz dance classes with energetic choreography featuring both classic and modern jazz technique. We offer multiple levels of jazz (from beginning to advanced) where dancers develop their jazz skills while experiencing the joy and creativity of this vibrant art form.

Our musical theater curriculum starts young (Broadway Babies for ages 3-5 and Broadway Stars for ages 5-7) and develop into Musical Theater and Broadway Jazz. We also offer theatrical technique classes, like Acting for Dancers.

Lyrical & Contemporary dance classes at High Impact Dance invite dancers to express themselves through fluid, emotive movements, combining the grace of ballet, the structure of jazz, and the emotive power of modern dance. With a focus on storytelling and personal interpretation, lyrical classes offer a unique opportunity for students to explore their inner narratives through the beauty of movement. Contemporary classes are grounded in modern technique and introduce dancers to new, innovative styles.

Our HID hip hop, jazz funk, and street jazz classes are a high-energy celebration of urban dance culture, where students dance to infectious beats and learn bold, street-inspired choreography. These classes provide a vibrant platform for dancers to develop their style, swag, and confidence while exploring the dynamic and ever-evolving world of hip hop.

High Impact Dance's acro classes combine the artistry of dance with the strength and flexibility of acrobatics, allowing students to master breathtaking tricks, flips, and balances. Whether you're a beginner or advanced student, our classes provide a safe and supportive environment to develop your acrobatic skills and seamlessly integrate them into your dance repertoire.

HID adult classes are offered as all-level classes with options to perform in our holiday and June end-of-season recitals. Classes are based on current interest and may rotate throughout the year. Our adult classes are also open to older teens!
